Easter Candy Drop-Off Registration Form

This Easter as a result of social distancing because of COVID-19 the Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum Church will be blessing the school age children of your community with Free Easter Candy Bags. This is a FREE event that requires registration by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2020.

All registered families will receive Easter Candy Bags dropped off at their door on Sunday, April 12, 2020, between 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
